We’re delighted to have you join us at Wayne Chapel, where we are committed to worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth.

We hold worship services every Sunday at 11:00 AM from the first to the fourth, with Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month.

New Members Orientation
All new members will have an opportunity to meet with our pastor, Rev. Sybil Kearse, for a New Member’s Orientation. This session is designed to answer any questions, familiarize you with the A.M.E. Zion Church, and help you feel right at home in our congregation.

Meet Our Pastor

Reverend Sybil Kearse delivered her trial sermon on February 25, 2018, and subsequently joined the North Carolina Annual Conference as a Conference Evangelist in full connection.

She has successfully completed four years of ENCED Conference Studies and holds a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling. She has made significant contributions as a leader in her professional and ministry life. She is dedicated to her work as a Pastor and spiritual leader.
